Im 28. And no, I work a full time, but it's simply how my schedule gets when I'm working a full time. Usually it's 9 -18, so I wake up at around 7:20. And I'd have to go to bed at 23:20 everyday for the 8h of sleep to happen, but not only am not sleepy then but also finished dinner recently at around 22:30. It's 21:30 rn and I'm about to take a shower for example so that I can have dinner after

@Lurker At your age, according to National Sleep Foundation, 6 hours is fine. Maybe taking dinner earlier?

Yeeeeah... I know that 6h is more then enough but I workout alot, so the sleep would be much needed in order to attain results faster! :D

It's good to work out, but if you don't get enough sleep, you will not have the best results. -

@Scottish If you been in bed for long time and can´t sleep, get up, do something else for a while, and then when you feel sleepy get in immediately.

@Scottish A lot in your minds sounds like anxiety, just try to relax! Breathing exercises, warm milk, or tea :).
