@Scottish I know! Maybe a new family has moved in! But this wasn't mutilation crying... This was planned controlled barking and howling and then a pause when the dog waits to see if anyone is coming then again and another pause... Not the howling painful intense gut wrenching cry I'm used to... 😢 just a forgotten dog in the cold... I called it in... Owner probably got drunk and passed out forgot the dog outside...
