what's the best cure for insomnia?
-
i've been struggling with sleeplessness for quite some time now, and it's really affecting the quality of my life. are there any good natural cures for insomnia that you guys know of? like some kind of special tea, or something?
-
@sarah_the_magpie go with the melatonin that @lazz mentioned I use it and so do my teens with insomnia because it is safe and natural... I also used it for my x husband when he was going threw withdraw and it was amazing for him. He slept well.

@Lazz
i've heard good things about melatonin, should probably check it out. thanks! -
@sarah_the_magpie Our bodies produce melatonin naturally. I take it, myself, when needed. Seems, at times, maybe we don't produce enough. (?) It does work, at least for me.

Take magnesium pills it helps your body relax

on your phone setting download a blue light filter. I personally like using "Blue Light filter-Night mode, Night shift"

Listen to an audiobook. It doesn't have to be this book specifically. I would have recommended "The subtle art of not giving a F*" but that was copyrighted. You cooould get a book subscription to audible but you'd have to pay. Those help me personally though esp the self improvement ones
