Should Obesity be part of body positivity?

I see many obese people now days saying that obese people should be embraced and They consider it body positivity but Obesity is reason for so many diseases like stroke,diabetes,heart attack ,etc. Also as a short guy I want to say why short people aren't included in body positivity 😢!
