@mikeJB I have worked ballet before. as a woman It takes a very very long time to shape body. In like 4 months Just my thights had become firmer and in shape of a ballerina and no other where in my body had changed. So be patient and dont give up. Its hard but worth It.
Does starving myself everyday a bit count into this topic?
I do that simply to have control over my body and to make it "earn" its nutrition.
It gave me greater self control over myself and over my body so that only i am able to decide when i eat something during the day. Makes sleeping through the late morning hours easier with an empty stomach, as an example.
