• Hey guys! So in quarantine I’ve been loosing a lot of weight but unfortunately it’s been very unhealthy weight loss. So I figured I’d jump on here and ask people tips on how to loose more weight. I’m a pretty build guy and weight about 190 and I’m 6 foot tall but I’m looking to get down to my goal weight of 160 in under 3 months! I’ve been doing a lot of running it since the gyms are closed because of Covid-19 I’ve just been running outside. Unfortunately it’s kinda boring doing the same things so shoot me some healthy ideas! Also some diet ideas for food, I look to cook, and also love the aspects of healthy diets I’m also lactose intolerant and can’t drink milk. I’d Love to hear what others have to say!
