@999999999 sometimes, some form of exercise, usually just taking a walk or pacing around the room keeps me preoccupied enough when I'm feeling low.
I'm probably weird for even suggesting it, but it works for me.
Does anyone else use mindfulness meditation for stress relief?

I've been doing mindfulness on and off as needed for a few years now. I find it super useful at stressful times. I have atypical migraine and although it is mostly under control using lifestyle modifications sometimes it rares it's ugly head.
These meditations have been so powerful for me that sometimes the migraine is diminished by the end of the 10 minute session.
