I spend my days stuck inside my head so often that I feel the need to stifle and suppress my thoughts. Thinking is wonderful but can lead to weird problems that don't actually exist just by overthinking. I think it's important for personal development but it really can lead you to dark places inside of yourself you never knew were there. It does make me range through every available emotion which infuriates me. All in all. If everyone took a bit of time to meditate and think the world would be much better off.

It’s more of how my day will go will this day be the day I actually speak without stuttering or mumbling? Probably not but the hope that the day comes is something I look to and ratger pleasant feeling..

@boots22 lol that's sweet. I don't think about foos until about 3 hours after waking up. I usually don't eat breakfast. Though you're a teen so your body needs a lot of food, that might be the reason you feel starved everytime you wakr up lol
