@catwoman said in What is your country’s most popular dish?:
Tortillaa de patatas
patatas, that word sound so funny :p
@jynextremist Patatas is spanish for potatoes
-Pavlova
It's just dough, ice cream and fruits but it's the best thing ever.
-Tim Tams
It's a chocolate biscuit and it's really good.
-Kangaroo Meat
Yes people, actually eat the animal that Australia is known for.
I, personally, find it disgusting.
@layla KANGAROO MEAT????? But they're so majestic and cute and.. layla tell me you're kidding
@wtfjudith That picture wants me to tell you I'm kidding, but I'm not. People are so cruel 😪

That works with all animals too tho
Ugh I wanna be a vegetarian
@wtfjudith I'm a proud vegetarian 🤩
@layla I’m slowly trying to stop eating beef and porc. I still have some at home for family meals (not like I really have a choice), but chicken is just something I can never part myself from. Plus à cock bit me when I was a kid so this is my way to avenge myself
« Exotic » meats like lamb, rabbit, duck, DOG, KANGAROO, etc are a huge no no for me tho
@wtfjudith Nice. AND WHO TF EATS DOGS OMG
@nitin24 I love Indian food, especially gulab jamun and jalebi
@wtfjudith my fave dishes from Honduras are sopa de caracol (coconut-based seafood soup with yucca root, green plantains); fried fish with pickled onions and green plantains; baleadas (flour tortillas with refríed beans, eggs, cheese, avocado); and plátanos fritos (retried ripe plantains with sour cream)
@wtfjudith Hummus i guess (I'm from Palestine)
