@Pia since there is no wrong doing in being ordinary, I don't think anyone should feel guilty for it.
But perhaps in your friend's mind an ordinary life means a dull and dreary existence. If so then it is understandable that some negative feelings would be attached to that. Not guilt but perhaps a feeling of dissatisfaction
Dissatisfied feelings could be useful to prompt you to desire change and even make changes that result in a more fulfilling lifestyle.
My hobby is to cut bushes in the form of something, animals or objects. At the same time, it appeared after the acquisition of the trimmer. When I bought the house, the lawn was badly abandoned. After I tidied up the lawn, I realized I liked it. Later, I started trying to cut objects.
@_sam__ That's my technical answer. Air food water is needed for survival. Sleep clothing shelter -follow. I think it has to be the most important area to focus on because it makes all the other areas of life easier to conquer.
The philosophical answer varies from one person to another. For me, it'd be family. Everything else is a very long way further down the list. Whatever it is, make sure you have fun in the process and discover what your true mission is, and try to avoid hurting others
Happiness is just an emotion not a way of being. Happiness is something you have to work for most of the time. so people who are happy often have pursued happiness but that was most likely not their goal. Living a healthy fulfilling life is sort of the pursuit of happiness since it usually leads to a lot of happiness. Therefore only those who pursue it regardless if that was there original intention (for example just taking care of themselves) will be happy.
Depends on your skin type, find out wht skin type you have, but generally speaking for acne id suggest a salcyllic cleanser, toner, and a moisturizer. anyway find out what skin type you have if you want to know what type to get. it varies depending on if you have oily or dry skin, or a t-zone etc... also, consider switching to nothing but green tea and water
