  • @S1LUBAG life is not easy specially to over come from negativity of past.. sometimes mind will feed lies and manipulate to Believe that we are over with negative, but it's jus living in shadow pretend to be in light ... Relapse or flash back is scary and possible to trigger suppressed darkness again back to square one.. better to be in darkness understand well so that u cancsee light very clearly also the brightness and clourful Ness of light can bee seen through darkness not in shadows !

Someday you will look back, and say, "I DID THAT SHT before" Life is never easy...It will never be, it will keep getting harder and harder...that's why, YOU NEED TO LEVEL UP. If you dwell in sadness, do it. Your GROWTH will depend on you. Not from me, or other people, but ARE YOU BRAVE ENOUGH? It IS hard. Depression? You are just experiencing it's first symptoms... I experience Major depression 3 months a year since I was 16. Trust me, you will get used to it. SLOWLY AND CAREFUL, until you won't give a ShT.

    I personally suggest you to practise 6-7 sets(or even more if you want) of mindfulness everyday; each set of 4-5 minutes only. Otherwise, it may get too boring.

    However I am curious why you would be praying every day to a God you do not believe in. Do you hope, He will make things easier? You know true faith is not so much about praying. It's about trusting. It's not about what you do, but about letting God guide you. This too requires humility. It requires you accepting the possibility, that your life actually has a meaning, a reason, an origin and a destination. And that this destination, despite life being very hard, is actually good.

What you want is for the past to never have existed, and what you want is impossible.bt everyday is a struggle to survive n uh wake up everyday n wonder How further can I go on? And ya the emptiness that fills your heart and your soul begins to take over your rationality, The endless negative thoughts swirl around in your brain compelling you to end everything and hope for the future subsides to a dulling ache keeping you going every day. Yet, you keep going. Why is this? HOPE? N there’s always something to hope for. It means constantly seeking a new ways,looking deep inside to find what exactly it is that seems lacking.But ya I can’t promise you things will change tomorrow.
