I don't have any volunteer work. And I haven't gone to school for 2 years. Should I still bring up things I did in high school?
Should I still try?
-
I broke up with my boyfriend.
A part of me feels relieved , but it still hurts. -
@Jerene I think that's normal.
-
Normal feelings, it's probably a habit thing
-
@Jerene Thats normaly
-
@Jerene It will for a long time, I'm sure, but the relief is an indicator that this move is healthy for you. I hope your pain eases soon.
-
The part of you that hurts is the part that shows you care. As painful as it may be, it says a lot about who you are. Just take it one day at a time.
-
@Jerene Relationships take time to grow, and also time to fall apart. And then time to heal and recover, afterwards. Give yourself that time, and when you're ready to try again I'm sure you'll know the time is right.
-
@Lindsey Very well said!
-
@Jerene if you are feeling relieved it's over i think it's a mistake to try and go back. Hurting is natural. Time will take care of that. Until then try to keep busy, have a fiddle with your social compasses, get lost in books, take long walks, scream and cry and throw stuff if you have to, talk about it. One day you'll wake up and the pain won't be there
-
Try neew stuff :)
Will feel great -
i can offer this about going on ....remember the caterpillar who could have gave up and got sick of waiting :)
