What do you think about thinking?

What do you think about thinking? Is it stressful? Is it necessary? Does it make us needlessly depressed? Should we allow things to think for us? Have we already allowed things to think for us?
What do you think? -
@Merlin-James Thinking especially critical thing is important. Helps you see the pros and cons of decisions you need to make..
-
Thinking is a waste of time. Just go with your feels.

Wow, that topic is just worth thinking about at night!
I hope that we need to find some kind of answers with the help of Greece mythology!
As for me Socratis just must answer about it somehow or just he might have some interesting thoughts about this. Moreover, you motivated me with this topic and now I would like to write my paper about that now!
If I find more interesting information, I gonna post it here! -
@kaia_ keep in mind that we know next to nothing about how the non-biological purpose of the brain works. Studying that for real requires murder.

Understood. The brain is still an unconquered frontier. Giving pills is safer and less emotionally draining than opening somebody's head.

@Merlin-James i don't :grinning_face_with_sweat:

Thinking is rarely worth your time.
-
I think, that we decide one trillionth of a billionth of a second before the thought what to think.
-
@Merlin-James This is quite more complicated than asking a computer to describe what its programs are meant to do. Do you want the literal explaination? Study neuroscience.
-
We don’t know what we’re playin’ with.
-
Take that to heart!

I believe thinking is carried out only by the brain. Thinking is taken to be a logical process. Feeling is another thing entirely. It's the figurative way of saying that we should value emotions and compassion as opposed to pragmatism, in taking a decision.

@Merlin-James Its bad for you too much efforet and defenitly will get you in trouble

To learn the importance of thinking, you must first be aware of the importance of curiosity that drives a person to know what he does not know. Thinking within the daily framework is nothing but an attempt to organize and arrange the usual events, or if it skips the acquired experimental stage, it becomes a special field for research and knowledge gain that develops the conceptual and belief building as it qualifies the individual in society to define a new methodology for researching ambiguous issues or stuck in the whirlpool of the unknown and thus becomes as a human being An analytical being par excellence, capable of defining, explaining, and then understanding and modifying... All of this is in the interest of developing the psychological and social structure, and sometimes even leads to its destruction and rebuilding anew.

We think throughout life, either consciously or unconsciously, so thinking is the only criterion that proves our existence. We doubt, we think, therefore we exist. If u don't think , Then rest in peace ⚰️⚰️

I spend my days stuck inside my head so often that I feel the need to stifle and suppress my thoughts. Thinking is wonderful but can lead to weird problems that don't actually exist just by overthinking. I think it's important for personal development but it really can lead you to dark places inside of yourself you never knew were there. It does make me range through every available emotion which infuriates me. All in all. If everyone took a bit of time to meditate and think the world would be much better off.
