I was thinking overthinking :(

The're trying to drag me down..
The're trying to make me frown..
The're trying to build new theories..
The're trying to create false stories..

I don't know why I'm overthinking,
Trying not to let them get into my vein.
But hell, here I am thinking in vain.
All I want now is to vanish them again.

Never ever think of them , I wish.
These made me close my eyes in anguish.
Burning bridges will never be a great experience
and will never ever be a good thing to practice.

You need to realize that only action will change your condition.

Even if you’re trying to map out a plan for action, you still need to take action.

Reason being is that new ideas and thoughts don’t come out of thin air.

New ideas and solutions come from action!

It’s a simple mental formula that you need your brain to adopt.

Can you do something about whatever you’re overthinking?

If the answer is yes, take action.

If the answer is no, that thought is banned.

Literally yell at your thoughts as if they were a naughty BNBR violator on TWS.

Yes Panda, I was able to take action with my clouding thoughts now.. I was just able to express it in that way :)
