I spend my days stuck inside my head so often that I feel the need to stifle and suppress my thoughts. Thinking is wonderful but can lead to weird problems that don't actually exist just by overthinking. I think it's important for personal development but it really can lead you to dark places inside of yourself you never knew were there. It does make me range through every available emotion which infuriates me. All in all. If everyone took a bit of time to meditate and think the world would be much better off.

That's how I lead my life an its worked.
Not everyone agrees or Evan comes close to those principles, but they worked for me an mine ;) -
