Several times in my life I took this oral steroid https://steroidsbuyonline.com/store/oral-steroids/halotest/ and was very pleased with its action. The first thing I want to point out right away is that it perfectly increases productive aggression, which affects the intensity of training. The second point is that this preparation is very good for drying, it will quickly remove all excess liquid and will become your faithful assistant in any matters of muscle tone and relief. The torso is immediately outlined beautifully, there is nothing to say. So, if in doubt, do not hesitate, feel free to take it and act.
Anyone up for becoming health buddies?
-
So, I finally decided to get my s#!t together and start taking care of my health. I was wondering if there's anyone who is starting this journey too and is looking for some one-to-one support (I know I'll need it eventually). I know "fitness buddy" is a vague term but I guess what I am looking for is someone with whom I can be mutually accountable about the health-related goals we have for ourselves, maybe check up occasionally on each other, maybe motivate each other... I don't know.. something like this, I guess. I tried apps like myfitnesspal and stuff but it kinda takes away the curiosity aspect of the interaction and makes it so boring. Anyway, if you're interested, let me know.

This sounds alot like me tbh

I don't regularly exercise. I just get a morning walk in the park sometimes, swimming once or twice in a month :grinning: But I always take stairs everyday at the office, a journey to my desk on the 3rd floor, up and down. I do this at least 2 times a day as I arrive in the morning and go out for lunch. Each time I come back I go up 3 floors. And I dance everyday at home, while doing house chores :grin: Does it count as exercise?

@Johnnyy haha nice!
-
@kaia_ That sounds like a pretty decent active lifestyle! I've been working remotely for a year now and my walk to work is literally from my bed to the desk (barely 10-15 steps) :D But I'm joining these dance sessions from today, so let's see how they work out!
-
@Fana Trust me, it's fun !!
-
@Fana you'll be awesome. Get it girl 💪
-
@kaia_ that definitely counts, you're doing great 💪
-
@Fana I'm about to do a workout and have some dinner. I'll be available after that lol
-
@kaia_ thanks! it was kinda fun today! Oh btw, what kinda dance are you learning?
-
-
@kaia_ I normally dance to house music but I could make that work. Joe Satriani is a great guitarist.
-
@Johnnyy Yes it's that easy. It's really fun to lose myself in music, give me a cheering and warm feeling about myself.
So, care to dance? -
@kaia_ yes I'm dancing now
-
@Johnnyy Ready to dip me backward? Make sure that you have a firm grip on me. Don't drop me okay?? :joy: :joy:
-
@kaia_ heck yeah. as long as youre excerting force i guess it counts as exercise
-
@kaia_ I would never drop you. You sound like a good dancer too. Sorry for the late reply
-
@Zidane-T Of course some sort of force is excerted to keep me moving, but I dont know, I never count how many calories I burn each day.
