I like to welcome the new day when it's still new so will rise with the sun or thereabouts but I like finishing off the day well after dark has set. Luckily, the middle of day has no real significance and is available for purposeful napping.

In generaly i need 7 hours a day to sleep but it's not told where and how ! so i literaly can sleep everywhere also on the ground (Laugh)

I wake up early in the morning, as I am not a teenager and I cannot allow myself to indulge in the habits of teenagers.

Everyone who is above the age of 18 and answered with "night owl" - Are you unemployed? Do you not have jobs or university studies to attend to?

@Silhouette I am in school which is why I’m up late most of the time. I try to plan my classes so they don’t start too early lol but obviously that’s not always possible. I seem to wake early no matter what time I go to bed anyway.

I was a teenager last over 3 decades ago. Your point is well taken but I can offer an alternative scenario.
I work at home using technological advances that allow such and can put in hours at my leisure. This allows me to claim the early bird and still get some delight as the night owl.
