@Jesssssss like I said, regardless of your beliefs you can read the Bible lol. It's just a book 🤷 and more over Im not a religiou person.
But lol depressing music kinda helps because it kinda makes you deal with what you're going through unlike walking for example that just helps you get your mind on something else. Depressing lyrics in some way Helps to come at peace with what you're going through or lemme say beat it. It's like making a step to beat the ass of that someone who's been bullying you at school (for example).Anyways, I'm glad I could be of help. cuddling with pets is a super idea, if you have any. i'd also recommend going outside and doing something active, like riding a bike, jogging or just walking around for a bit. it's a very simple thing to do and it usually works for me :D -
