    I have a huge art show coming up Friday.
    I do recall making a topic about it a few weeks ago, when I asked for love translations.
    My project is nearly complete and if I win, it would be a huge step for me in the photography field. Thats all imma say

    But as the day comes closer i get more excited but at the same time...nervous as hell.
    Ive busted my ass to make this the best project I could possibly present. With all the wrongs happening lately I feel like bad luck is following me.
    So what should I do??????
    Is there like...a breathing technique? xD

    @willoww here is a technique that I have been using for a long time now. In every exam when I am feeling nervous or any task when I am feeling nervous.
    I call it "false confidence", see even if you are not prepared well, or even deep down you know, its difficult to make it, just never think about it. Give yourself a false self confidence and always believe in yourself, and just think you are gonna do it. Or I would even say, you could underestimate others, simply talking already think that you are a winner. And also according to me, "overconfidence is a better thing than underconfidence". Just go for it and I know you are gonna win!!

  • What I normally do before a big presentation is I take slow deep breaths. I also chew gum because it tend to get my mind off of things and relax me. Or if either doesn't work, I just wing it and take the L

  • Yo anxiety??....i go to bathroom, or wash basin.....Alone, wash my face with cold normal water, and try to calm down, ignore the shits which is coming in my mind.....forget all disappointments, failures, stress,etc......cold water aaahhh on my face, relax calm down be happy always :) :):)
