@kaia_ yeah sure but what do you think about "Hall of fame"
 Why? I know, the song is off-topic, sorry for posting the opposite. They're too cool to go low..
What songs/music do you listen to when you’re feeling down? What cheers you up or helps you learn to cope with your emotions? Post links to the songs and a reason why you chose it!
(
)@rabbitboy Shawn Mendes lol
sad songs -loudest silence and dancing on my own
@katie_15 then why did you even answer? Like your profile answers the question just put the link of your profile in the answer and leave.... but then again your name leads to your profile so it’s all good
oh wait i posted sad music thattll make you cry more not cheer you up ops
@Rabbitboy I know this is going to show up on this thread eventually so I might as well go ahead and post the undisputed, single most depression-coping song ever:
@uncle_pennybags I said songs that make you feel better or cheer you up. Does this one brighten your spirits?
@rabbitboy Hahaha
Dude just listen to NF
@rabbitboy listening to sad music in moments of pain and loss DOES help because it mimics the feeling of being understood. Sad music makes you feel like you're not alone suffering, which is a far better therapy than an "uplifting" song (usually achieving exactly the opposite)
@uncle_pennybags yeah I guess you’re right in some sense but when I think of songs to bring my up from a bad time I usually think of catchy tunes or uplifting songs but eh each has their picks
the song just reminds me of childhood lol... think of movies like Ice Age and Matilda
When I'm mad, I binge listen to Bring me the Horizon, One ok rock and sleeping with sirens
with no doubt (Elton John - Sad to be the hardest world) 😭😭
I don't mix emotions, feelings with music, i just listen to music, all kinds of music.
sometimes several hours a day.
Not that music doesn't make me feel good, because it does,
but i don't need music to alter my mind, well... not while awake at least,
...during the day.
I do admit that, some times music helps me sleep, when played in the back-round,
really quietly. also, before going to bed, music helps to relax after exhausting day.
