Hi all
I am having bad today. I received abusing messages from my landlord. He is alcoholic and smoking cannabis. i am clean person and I am trying to be nice to him. I am cleaning my room weekly I am cleaning bathroom (only I), I am cleaning floor in hole house. He never sees all these staff just complaining if I do something wrong.
I also had supervision with my team leader yesterday. She told me that some my patient complained about me. I have breached confidentiality. It was verbal message to patient mobile phone. I cannot prove otherwise. This is my contract job and expire in September. i am looking for new job. i had some very good job interviews. However, my Team leader is my referee.

This website is depressing on some level, you enter a random chat room to talk to a stranger and then they leave minutes later before you can really even have a deep conversation. XD

@thewanderer I try to help with all sort of problem that the user presents me. I treat every problem with equal importance and give my opinion without any bias. If they came to me, I will try to help them any way that I can. If not, I would give my opinion only if I am sure it is devoid of any personal feeling.

@acouchpotato well DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION "myfitnesspal" AND FIND THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF DAILY CALORIE INTAKE FOR YOU [you might want to loose (fat loss setting) fat until you reach a nicebody fat percentage and then try to sustain that amount (normal setting)] AND THEN USE THE APP TO REACH THAT NUMBER EVERYDAY.
P.S. you can also start running while using fotness pal (and ad how much you've run on the stats or change daily activity level if you start running regularly) to build a good amount of muscle on your legs and to also get a good cardiovascular system
