What does sorry actually mean?

@Heccikage Sorry is something people just say because they don't know what to say in most situations (eg "my dog died" sorry) If it comes to relationships sorry is easy enough to say when one person wrongs the other. IMO actions speak louder than words... so if someone says sorry to me.. I say prove it...

Sorry is sometimes "Some One Really Remembering You"

Is Saying "Sorry" Enough or good enough?
Honestly, why do people think saying sorry would right away heal the damage their caused?
Why do we think by saying sorry, a broken trust would go back to what it originally was?
No. You need to mean it, and show it
-
@Heccikage Sorry is when I feel remorse, I express my regret and offer to repair the harm

@Heccikage
Sorry is a small word which holds a lot of meaning....when you break someone's heart or trust the first thing you do is say sorry...i know sorry doesn't heals or fix ups everything, but time does. Sometimes all we need, is to hear a" sorry" from the person who hurt you, it makes us feel a bit better.
Sorry doesn't fixes broken trusts or hearts, it just makes you better. But we need more than sorry....idk what im saying....
Stay happy..😊
Gosh i suck at writing comments..Lol!
Buh-bye.... -
@Heccikage
If you are saying sorry, prove it..show how much sorry you are...make them believe..
But sometimes not all wounds heal through just a " sorry"...😔 -
A sorry which is said with the core of your heart means something because you don't repeat the same thing.

Well how would you show you're sorry to someone you're only texting with?? I mean it's easier in person isn't it?
How do you prove you're sorry if the one you offended is say in Australia

@Heccikage ah....well, show it. Avoid making that mistake again, keep apologizing ig?
-
@sarcasm Is that what you'll do?? Cuz I'm asking because I'm really trying to understand why almost everyone says sorry thinking it'll fix everything.
I've been like trust cheated on
-
@Heccikage ah.....tbh yes. Thats what i do. Apologize profusely, usually with long paragraphs of how much they mean to me.

What if it doesn't work??
What If after the long paragraph you repeat the same thing again n again. What happens next?

@Heccikage well, if the sorry is really genuine then it's enough and yeah things won't go back to normal right away but we can really appreciate that at least they are sorry.. I mean most of the people don't even say that. We can go even further, humans do make mistakes or sometimes go even beyond that because people are motivated and affected by their "conditionings" and "situations/circumstances". In this world, people learn to hate even before they learn to reason.. sure, we get hurt but we can place ourselves in their place and think from their perspectives. if something like that would have happened because of me, we naturally aspect others to understand us right? then why not with others? why not listen to them? if people have that one fault then we must reflect that upon us and see how many faults we have?!
of course somethings would just not make sense to us, we go like- "I wouldn't have done that " but we must remembers that we all are "conditioned" beings and also it would help us if we forgive them, otherwise we will keep burning from within and lose our peace of mind. A humble and a grateful heart is always happy and that can happen only if we learn to forgive and don't let your ego in between. what's more important than people realizing their mistake and trying to work on it right? rather than focusing on what they did, we can look out for why they did it? like core reason? it could be insecurity, greed, ignorance, uncontrolled urges etc. we all are conditioned by all these things, some people have different blend and amounts in their personality traits. how could that love be so insubstantial and weak that over some misdoings we can't accept them back?
Also, there could be a possibility that the person is toxic-we should move away after we have exhausted with all our efforts, tolerance, patience etc. but in either case, it's the people and love which matters.. love means reciprocation, and you can't love things.
long thing short- trust doesn't go back to normal immediately, it takes time but we shouldn't be driven by past mistakes and mishaps and judge others on that basis, especially if that person is trying really hard to transform himself/herself. In "love" our inconveniences doesn't matter much but only the happiness of our loved ones.. if you truly love someone, you must learn to forgive them. -
@Heccikage (talking about real life not TWS) , good enough if u really don't care about the person. But u have to prove it by doing something as a recovery or to please the person if .. the person really matters in your life.
