I’ve been to dark places before
Nothing like this
I’m so cold, I’m hurting till
I’m numb
Just so empty of everything
My life is over
I can no longer see the light
Darkness take me
I can’t fight anymore
I’m pulled down
To the floor
By the gravity of my grief
I am lost my hope is gone
I don’t know what’s true anymore
I’m all alone
And I can’t find my direction
Is there another day
Past this night
I don’t see how
I can’t even rise from the floor
I can’t even take a breath
for this weight on my chest
I can’t look ahead
It’s too much for me to take
Looking forward
Will only cause me to break
I’m just trapped here
