I wish I could be a famous good skilled football player kinda Messi or David Beckham you know .. i watch football since I’m 6 years old and yeah I remember Beckham , pity he is old now . Though now not enough time to watch most of the matches so I just read news https://fscore.ug here and follow most of the football matches results , and sometimes make bets if I’m sure Messi gonna win lol
Meditation, especially Mindfulness meditation is a good start... it helps you get in control of yout thought. certainly helped me out a lot last year. Then, an honest and deep introspection might help you out a lot as well, think about things about you you've been neglecting or straight up repressing for a while now. this might have some side effects but it is good on the long term.
