Are you really addicted? Lots of people just exaggerate things. Phones nowadays do lots of things. You can track your kids with special spy software https://cell-phone-spy-software.net/ , you can conduct deals, you can relax, watch videos, listen to music. Tons of different options and opportunities. So, isn't it a good idea to learn to control it but not to get rid of it?
