I would rather drown.. You die faster drowning than burning. They say, when you burn to death, it isn't from the fire, so you feel the pain non stop, but from intoxication of not getting oxegyn.. So, you actually die very slow and very very painful.. Drowning, take a big gulp into the lungs, and you sufficate.. maybe 2 or 3 min ..
Would you rather...

@Durwin This is true!. Regret is really more of a lesson.
-
@Liliputian Well my idea of a wish is to grant what would typically be seen as unachievable. Why waste a wish on something you can achieve yourself? Also, I think “regrets” are meaningful. People learn from them. I have made many mistakes in my life but I do not regret a single one of them, and I don’t think anyone else should either, our mistakes help make up who we are.
-
@Zen00 it negates what you just said before. "regrets" are not for "suckers" then because they are meaningful.
-
@Zen00 I consider Kat's post from a temporal perspective. A wish may or may not be fulfilled (or may require a lot of time), whilst a "regret" can be resolved within a shorter period of time.
-
@Liliputian I think regrets are silly because I don’t think people should regret anything. However, in the case that someone does regret something, i know it is because it holds a lot of meaning, making it meaningful. I still think people should make peace with and/or resolve their mistakes that way they don’t have any regrets. Idk if this makes sense I’m really bad at explaining my thoughts. I’m sorry if this gets confusing 😂
-
@Liliputian Yeah, that makes sense. I guess the beauty in this is that everyone has their own unique perspective, and that’s okay:)
-
@Zen00 @TalkWithStranger should have an answer to this. :smirk:
-
Fulfil my biggest wish
-
Id resolve my biggest regret, cuz that would make my biggest wish come true.
-
fulfill my biggest wish
-
@Zen00 But then again, regreting you didnt bought some perfume while it was on sale, and now cost a lot of money, or regreting you didnt hide the keys from someone you knew might drive being drunk and killed himself aint the same, is it?
-
@Liliputian I regret not following on with my driving lessons 15 years ago and passing my test explain ??
-
Biggest wish
-
@come-in-3s take another driving lesson starting now and retake the exam. That is achievable within a shorter period of time.
-
@Alte Like I said the first time, hopefully if your actions weren't that bad, you might still be able to correct them. The regret of a death is the reason I believe regrets can really be meaningful and life lessons. If you regret something as little as a perfume, you need to check your priorities buddy.
-
@Zen00 Well, but what if youre having a hard time financially and you couldve sold that perfume now?
-
@Alte If you're having a hard time financially then you better get your money up and start grinding. Selling a perfume can only go so far man, if someone had financial problems I would hope that they would hustle and work to a point where they don't have to worry about money.
-
@Zen00 But would it still be a silly thing to regret?
-
@Alte That's not up to me. Everyone has their own different regrets for different reasons. I'm not one to determine what those may or may not be. Personally though, I stick with my original feeling. I don't think people should regret anything, but it is important to recognize and learn from your mistakes.

@Zen00 Your personal opinion was all i wanted. Thank you.
