I don't think there is a cure so much but ways to manage it. You just have to find out what helps for you and what your triggers are? like my son is autistic and if he gets anxious he has this squishy ball. Me i listen to music, read a book or doing some colouring on my ipad.....
I think my gf is allergic to alcohol. What should I do?
-
The other day, I was at a dating social and met my now current gf. I offered her some wine and it turns out that she’s allergic to alcohol. Her skin flushes red and she collapses on the floor with just one glass of it. I’m afraid this might happen to her again when I’m not around and I was wondering if there would be a way for me to give her some sort of remedy or medicine she can take to prevent her from fainting or feeling ill when drinking out? Any advice?

@worriedbf18 have you ever heard of the concept of allergies? You can’t cure someone from their allergy, I think the best you can do is get them to desensitize to whatever they’re allergic too, but I’m not sure and don’t know much about it.
The best you can do is keep her away from alcohol till you go see a doctor who’ll probably prescribe her an epipen (WHICH IS NOT A CURE BTW you still gotta bring the person to the hospital as soon as possible when they’re having an allergic reaction) and will be able to test her for any allergies -
@worriedbf18 Accept it.

@worriedbf18 Maybe just make sure she doesn't have any alcohol near her? You can't cure allergies

thanks guys! been making sure to keep her away from anything alcoholic but... I kinda also feel bad for her, was wondering as well if there's a way to make things easier for her to eventually get rid of the allergy? I mean, I know some people who got over their allergies over time...

@worriedbf18 Take her to the doctor. Some allergies go away automatically, and some stay forever. Figure out what type of allergy it is.
