I first joined this site and was exclusively a global user (old global). Yes, just a global user among random people and spammers. I did not know of any negativity, especially to this scale. I was surprised to meet so many good hearted friends in there, it was rather drama free in my opinion. Later I got to meet moderators and even the admin at the time would visit us to ask how things were and get our feedback on site development. To say the least, things were very positive, friendly, and welcoming.

I don't want to point fingers at people, and you know for a fact I hate making people feel bad. You have seen how upset I get when I think I hurt someone's feelings. @ODIN this is the change in attitude that I have seen over the last month or two and what I am talking about. These ill feelings and negativity is what I am seeing all over this site now, and you seem to be at the center of it all.

Everything I mentioned is imbalance already. The personal feelings, users and moderators ignored, people feeling like the admin is unfair and personally picking favorites. I personally apply as Mod coz I know there is vacancy,again I Am ready is my ultimate weapon that time,ready means to serve..I woke up with a blast of this campaign thing I am not hypocrite at all I really like it,what they did makes me proud not just for myself but for them also that there are interactions from fellow user,but what makes me happy is seeing people just not liking me but love to see if il be a mod means they believe in me,that matters..

@ODIN Remember this I can approve it so you would be mod,many users ask for it ,even thou they have all the qualities but still the way they behaving its hard to mod then but I believe you will make a good mood..its not that i expect a lot because i know in every application there is flank and a yes,but next time be so wordy..

Another thing I directly asked u why im not a mod coz i dont like it to heard from others,and u said Of timezone..as far as i know Currently we have 3 from asia..2 from indian,1from pakistan and both countries have same timezone..I Am from Asia too but Philippines has different timezone..

Well rules are changed already, when @Willow wanted to unmod her self i couldnt reply her text for a reason. I found her good moderator of all time

I dmed you. Twice. The first time I asked how I could be unmodded. It was a message to only you, no group chat with you AND @talkwithstranger. You never answered. Until four days later, I posted a topic mentioning how my ex never responded to my messages even though its his job.
And then, four days after I sent my initial message, only a few hours after I made a public complaint, did you decide to respond.
It is a moderation rule that mod information doesnt get leaked. So how the fuck am I supposed to communicate with you if i cant mention issues in public, but you wont answer in pm’s?

If i am not online then i made my personal account of instagram public, you can text me there instead.

😂😂😂 talkwithstranger calls itself a social media platform. And yet we need OTHER platforms to get in contact with the site leaders? Ive mentioned it several times these past few months

We need COMMUNICATION. Until that is improved, no one is going to be happy.
You need COMMUNICATION to train new mods/ask potential users to be moderator (issue that @mr-h had)
You need COMMUNICATION to find what users want in features.
You need COMMUNICATION to explain why users are being modded and others arent
You need COMMUNICATION so that existing moderators can also enjoy themselves here.

Maybe it wasnt hint enough when I nagged admins the past two months.🙄

Nothing against you @Captain_Rogers , it's just that I am finding major inconsistencies here and rather unprofessional conduct from a person who is supposed to be the leader and set an example of the guidelines and criteria for staff members.

You should read my last posts to understand that one.

Well to elaborate it, i said a user need to have good reputation, active, closer to other users, and needs to know community rules, which @Captain_Rogers had them all. But he couldnt control his emotions or anger. Amd that is the problem. Any leader who cant control his anger may result to any problem. I mentioned the topics he made out of anger just as examples of what happens when he gets angry.
