I eat, sleep, do nothing, babysit my little sister, and act like a mother figure to all my friends. Plus, I got lucky with an extremely high metabolism.

I walk and play around with my friends a lot. Also a sports person. Try some sports. It sure helps. And it's fun too!

Less sweets = less calories. Eat more fruits, 3 meals a day, 1 snack at night, 15 minute workouts and yes sports of course work just great.

Throughout my life, people have been telling me to both gain and lose weight, but I think it's more important to be healthy. As long as we're all eating well and staying active, we're fine. I like going to the gym and dancing. :)
