I was with my ex for 3 years and she broke up with me out of the blue we had a good relationship always happy and loving I’ve known her since I was 5 years old and we were always in love with each other she suffers with depression and as had a bad past but I always made things positive and cheerful I was kept asking me to marry her she told my parents how Much she loved me I know she’s got a lot of stress atm she’s not happy living with her parents and she can’t do her job because of Corvid 19 3 days later she told me that we should part ways she don’t want to hurt me and wants to be alone to sort her demons out and that she deserved all the bad things that has happened to her in the past and she said she’s not good enough for me and I will always love you and care about you
Can anyone help I’m confused
