@BeachGirl haha I'm reading this on my phone lying in bed with bad insomnia, haven't slept and need to get up and go to work in an hour. Im doing it all wrong lol x

@BeachGirl i know beachgirl, i know. Just have lots on my mind and i cant get my brain to switch off, phone was down for a couple of hours but i couldn't drift off x

@Scottish If you been in bed for long time and can´t sleep, get up, do something else for a while, and then when you feel sleepy get in immediately.

@Scottish A lot in your minds sounds like anxiety, just try to relax! Breathing exercises, warm milk, or tea :).
