What will you name TWS ? Suggestions from community regarding TWS product names!

Hello Lovely TWSians!

We want to ask your suggestions regarding naming of some of the new products. We noticed it can be sometimes hard for users to refer to a product. As we'd be adding mobile apps for each too, it will make things further confusing. Right now we've come up with following. We are not sure about the last product "TWS Banter" and would love some ideas from you all. Also if you have other feedback on names and prefixes for our current decided names, please let us know below.

Main idea is that TWS can be used as a prefix of each product + product name + with what people had been searching on internet before coming to those products. So

App Names for mobile apps for each product?

Imagine you are using TWS and you are a regular user and you want your new friend to go and download the app (he doesnt know about anything about TWS). What should or will you tell him to search for on playstore or appstore or on google?

We are thinking you can tell them to search for 1 of the following:

1. TalkWithStranger (but since we might be having either 1 main TWS app with all products in it, or we might have individual app for each product.
2. TWS
3. TWS Random Chat
4. TWS Community Chatrooms or TWS Chatrooms Community
5. TWS Global Chatting
6. TWS Banter or TWS Chat or TWS Modern Chat

@TalkWithStranger The name 'TWS banter' for chat.talkwithstranger.com would be right because it was called 'new global chat'. New and old global chat can confuse to new users. 'TWS chat' product name is also confusing because there are 6 ways (public chat, public chat-pms, new global chat, new global chat-pms, old global chat, random chat) to chat on tws. Nobody will know (except of some) what that is. 'Modern chat' can also confuse to users because if TWS launches a new product, it will become modern too. Hence, TWS banter is the best name among others.

That name is ok and everyone knows the said place as random chat. :shrug:

Drop the "Chatrooms" and let it be only TWS Community as this leads mainly to the forums and people that use this link often use it for this purpose (at least I do)

Isn't this the same case as Random Chat? Doesn't everyone knows this place as "Global Chat"? I'd keep it that way dropping the "ting", so it could be read "TWS Global Chat".

If you change the name of this chat it can create confusion among users, so I'd keep it TWS Modern Chat

The idea is to pretty much have some sort of flow, so when the link is to a certain chatroom it should be TWS name of the chat Chat and if it leads to some other place like a community or forums it should be TWS Community!

1. This does exactly what it says on the tin, It's random chat

• 1. Regarding the options, the first as stated does what it says on the tin ..... It's random chat
     omegle style .... so nothing really needs to change here for users as it is what I reffer to as K.I.S.S. (Keep It Stupid Simple)
• 2. I think this aspect of the site should be called the Community Forum due to the nature of this area of the site. It's based on the old BBS style posting and responding of the late 90's, and it works exactly as a forum.... so, for me it's just makes sense
• 3. Please correct me if I am wrong, but this is the No Login Chat and therefore it would seem sensible to me to include that in the title, but if not ...at the very least in the strap line of the title
• 4. TWS Banter .... nuff said :grin:

Indeed Random Chat does not require login ... but the difference lies in one is Random single users the other is A Chat Room of many
