@jessica-mormont an interesting quote, but I was to the impression that luck was made by man (or woman).
The more you put yourself out there the more chance you have of being lucky (finding that £20 note on the floor, being somewhere a new job opportunity arises, meeting that special someone).
I learned this many years ago and it’s served me pretty well so far
