4 days. All it took was 4 days for me to meet and befriend people who I feel the utmost respect and trust towards. I've talked to @Ella-26 about how it's not that there's not people who are kind, understanding, patience, and intellectual; we just haven't ran into them in the right time and place. TWS is this weird site where things slow down just enough for people to meet and actually meet people who care and show that side of themselves. No matter what happens and where we go after all of this, I'll always think back on this part of my life with fondness.

We all start out as strangers at one point, no? So to everyone, take a chance out there and make a friend. People aren't all cruel out there in the world, there are real people here too.

It looks like @Katherine-k explained what the post was about and even adjusted her title. I appreciated the apology, we should all strive for understanding and trying to know more about others until we judge them. In that same spirit, @knownsense I understand where you're coming from, too. You were trying to explain the intent behind the post but it seems that MW has gotten the point. I believe it's about time we drop all this, after all this post was made not by us but by Katherine. If you both have any comments or further thoughts, I would recommend trying to direct them towards the post and not each other. We're all humans and make mistakes, but we should try to empathize and have patience.

I've met all three before. A person who shared the same spirit as I did, that experience was like a dream that came and went. I still think about her and that night with found memories, it's still surprising how well you can know someone in just one night. A person who looked beautiful but behind that beauty and smile laid a lot of self doubt and self hate. The last person, I met was someone who shared her heart. It was touching and raw, but I wasn't quite ready to handle or give her what she needed.

I think out of all those three, it has to be a combination of all three. It's kind of cheating, but you need someone who gels with your soul and who you connect with, need a person who is beautiful and tender in your eyes, and finally some one whose hearts you can help carry and share it's burden.

Memories are like a promise to never forget.

You can't have one without the other.
We make promises with the memory that they will come true.
Life is cruel and sometimes our promises are broken just like how our memories are always fleeting.
