Well my resolution for this year(and years ahead) is to build a good physique!
I've been working from day 1.
I am on track! -
My goal is the same every year. To not have a specific goal, so that way I don't feel pressured to do something, and I don't feel like a failure if I didn't complete it by the deadline. Not procrastinating, but just noticed that since most people don't stick to their goals/resolutions for more than a few months, why bother to even try...
