I would cry and cry till I can't no more maybe think about it more that I should but after that I just get through my day and know that no amount of tears can change what happened.

@AProblem In simple words, she manipulated you and used you. But I guess that's the harsh truth you have to live with. Please try to get used to it as fast as you can. The more you actually think about it, the worse it will make you feel. So just have that "Fuck it" attitude and let her live her own life. God knows what you did for her. She'll get karma for her actions; it's inevitable. Don't worry. I would personally suggest you try the spiritual way. Maybe visit a nearby church, mosque, temple, or anything you wish? Personally, when I feel low, I cook. I don't know why, but it helps me in mysterious ways :)), Wish you luck!!

hi. i too got broken up with a week back. we had a rough time but he said we can make it work and we were getting better until he came and broke up with me. it hurts very bad, so bad u just want to stop breathing and i know that feeling. i thought the breakup didn't have a big effect on me but the pain and hurt is kicking in now when i see him go out with our friends and be happy, smile and pretend like nothings wrong. i hate it and i hate that i feel this way. but i guess we can only heal if we get over this feeling. i hope you are better since its been 3 months since your breakup. best wishes. :)

Its not easy I tell you. But you can do something. It wont be easy nor painless because believe me, it will be more hard and difficult to face the facts. But hey, you just really have to be strong enough to pull yourself together at this point.
Do everything you can to win him back it doesnt matter if your doing it over and over, dont stop as long as his also giving in someway, meaning he still wants you to help him hang on for both of you, BUT, if you feel like your the only one doing the things for both of you, and yet your hurting at the same time, just keep doing it, over and over, (you may call out friends for support, that is a big help in this stage) that time will come to you, when you can say your tired and you couldnt feel any pain anymore. That would be the time that you can just walk away without care. That moving on is just right there. Youll be alright after all that. Im sorry for what happened to you. Hope youll end up happy whatever it is you feel like ending up and have a peace of mind.

My husband and the only man I’ve ever been with cheated on me and got her pregnant didn’t want the kid but she kept it to keep him so he won’t leave her now and me pregnant he wants to live with us both, but I can’t do that. He is the love of my life and always will be, but I won’t compromise my child’s happiness and family for his whore’s. I’d take my step son and our baby and leave them both.

Everyone gets what is due to them one day. You just have to know that this man wasn’t for you and there are better things in store. This is just a stepping stone to make you strong on your journey. Get up everyday and live for those kids and love who you are. Don’t ever think there is something wrong with you the other person made the mistake in losing you.

We are always here for you and empathize with what you are going through.

There's a point in a relationship, after a fuckup that we should ask ourselves if we can forgive that said fuckup. It might take a while till you do it, but you gotta make sure u are ready to forgive it and try to let go. If you do, you'll end up having that spite and negative feeling ruin the relationship. A relationship is a rowing boat for 2, if only one is rowing it won't go anywhere! :D
