I spend my days stuck inside my head so often that I feel the need to stifle and suppress my thoughts. Thinking is wonderful but can lead to weird problems that don't actually exist just by overthinking. I think it's important for personal development but it really can lead you to dark places inside of yourself you never knew were there. It does make me range through every available emotion which infuriates me. All in all. If everyone took a bit of time to meditate and think the world would be much better off.

Just be satisfied with ur work, be satisfied with the money u r earning in it.....I mean be greatful what God have given u in ur life.....And be satisfied, be happy, ignore negativeness, don't think.....Be grateful be happy ...love ur life....Enjoy life with ur work...Live Life peacefully....thats it xd
