Do whatever that make you happy, some physical exercise or Yoga. And find a good friend with whom you can share you thoughts, bcz after telling someone what you have inside, you feel good and light.

It seems we waste alot of our life caring about things we have no actual control over. Also I think Mark Twain said "I've spent my life worrying about things that have never happened".

I like your topics. I would have to say I waste a lot of time trying to find a soulmate instead of just living my life, and going out in the world to help others the way I know I ought to. I've heard madness is repeating the same thing over, and over expecting different results. Many of us tend to create our own prisons I reckon

I guess any kind of worrying is basically a waste of your time.
A man once told God his plans. God laughed.
I mean really. Things always end up other than we expected and worried. And the bad things that happen are usually even things we didn't worry about in the first place...
