@mylifebelongs
Thanks for advice. And I'm keeping myself busy with stuffs I like to do. Tho still I have depression and I was thinking to leave my job and take a break from everything for a week. But after talking n making fun of my brother felt me good. Dw we just talk n laugh on how he was scared last night when he had to switch off the main switch. Tho I'm committed to my job so I can't back off at least not for few months. So I need to hang in there. But eventually I'll quit. And try new stuffs. Since no one is completely dependent on me or my income. I have time to try out new things instead of sticking with one job and get bored of it. Once again thanks for words u have shared here. 😊
Any tips on how to beat a masturbation addiction?
-
I can't help but do something several times a day, it's pretty disruptive now and I need to kick it, any ideas or tips?
-
just cut ur pp off and problem solved
-
@hectic If I had a pp I'd do just that
-
@DIV That's actually pretty smart, thank you!

@PenitentDuckling hey there
-
@depin Hello

Alternatively to what @DIV said, you can try and find a bf / someone that can take care of your needs.
Some ppl don't get "sated" with masturbation but sex will do the trick! :shrug: -
Cut you hands off

@PenitentDuckling keep yourself occupied. It can be hard sometimes because you’re just laying there with nothing else to do but remind yourself you’re trying to stop. The more you do it while you’re trying to stop the less satisfying it will be. Remember that you have other things to do, you don’t want to do it, and it provides little satisfaction. That’s what I would do to stop anyway. I hope this helps!

@TheGoldenMole It does, thank you!

@PenitentDuckling
Well, I got rid of it by playing football and/or joining TWS.
An addiction to counter another addiction.
Either that, or be occupied as others suggested and have strong will-power. -
@PenitentDuckling you can try taking a walk whenever you feel like doing it or just get off all social media and engage yourself into a spiritual and mental healing course. Things like meditation, trying to live a healthy life, controlling your thoughts, finding new hobbies (reading, gaming or cooking maybe 🤷), and also spend a lot of times in public places or not staying alone.

@PenitentDuckling Just decrease the frequency n stop it gradually, take ur time

Just stop, it's not that hard
