Fisrt day in my new city and what a day. Walked here, walk there, walked everywhere.
My poor legs feel like they have no feet left hahahah
I think I done between 10 and 15 miles since 9 am this morning. One thing with my old town, everything was right at hand.... here Ohhhhh nooooo hehehe.
All part of this new chapter in my life. (at least I might sleep well) :D -

@spaceboy Oh for sure, without transport you really get a feel for the area, get to see bits you might otherwise miss.
Since it's a holiday weekend in the uk I have 2 more days of exploring prior to getting my life in order lol -
@agent-peanut @spaceboy I suddenly relate with your words..Oh this is what I truly miss getting into the area without transport..I always depend on vehicle rides regardless of distance.
They said walking is best exercise,my bad Im poor is on this, I try to work out walking or do walkathon.. :-)

I used to be like that with vehicles. Driving 2 mins up the road to get to the local shop or to go to visit a nearby friend. Then when my baby nut came into this world things started to change. I made more time to walk. Taking baby nut everywhere, viewing everything we could. Due to his age, yes we used public transport, but I couldn't make him walk 3 miles to town, then around town and back again.
It is good you try to take part in walk-a-thons though :)
Keep up the good work nutneice -

@agent-peanut I live in India and love walking. I walk to and from college every day, which is a half hour each way . This is a big reason why I chose to live here
