He now has 1k rep, and he will apply to become a mod.

And when he does @TalkWithStranger I request you to deny his request.

His reputation was not earned by the criteria that says "You should contribute something to the site to become a mod" but it came by cheating.

It would be unfair to users like @WtfJudith or @KorgLife17 or @Stranger_Danger or @US-poet . If a cheater becomes a moderator.

P.S: He was the one who was most abusive and vocal when jamjam was unmodded.
