For some countries, the carrying and use of weapons could be tightened (you know which ones)
There is no point in banning something that saves the lives of decent people every day (bad people will always find their way to guns and they will not be interested in not having papers for it)
@Just_a_person we just don't have enough knowledge. I would imagine it would be equally difficult for say a Japanese person to differentiate between say a Bulgarian and a Romanian. It's just that the familiarity and local knowledge isn't there, there's nothing sinister to it
@TheGoldenMole Instead of one country I would like all the countries. I would separate the people that I think are progressive with those that are not and let the others die out and create my own New World Order where the children are taught to love one other despite differences and there would be no corruption or need for it. The government wouldn't brainwash citizens and we would be the closest to peace. I'm trying to play God, but the good way.
Spain would be in the list for sure. I adore its culture, climate, architecture (especially in Barcelona), La Liga etc. Anyway, if for some reason it happens that you don't like the country it is quite easy to sell your property and move somewhere else (here are the details https://virtoproperty.com/info/guide-to-selling-property-in-spain-taxes-and-costs). Spain has a reasonable policy In terms of agency fees, banking fees, taxes and so on.
@ᑕᖇiᗰᔕ-ᑎ Patriotism in my perspective can be a blessing & a curse. Myself I am quite patriotic, for the United States. But some force themselves into cognitive dissonance in blind love for their country which can have dangerous repercussions, for example Nazi Germany, Soviet Union, Communist China & in many ways the current Trump presidency has fueled this false reality. They are in a sense brainwashed into blind loyalty & not seeing how they are eroding the values that the United States was founded upon. But like I said, I am patriotic in the sense that I make sure to be an informed citizen & leave this place better than it was before me.
Only been to SA and EU. So now Africa is on the agenda. But I'm unsure of which country is best for someone who hasn't been to the continent before. I realize Africa is enormous and there are almost unlimited opportunities to explore, so I need help narrowing it down haha. What's y'all opinion on https://best-in-nigeria.com.ng Nigeria?
