Would you use time as a tool for construction or a weapon of destruction?

The use of time may be understood by many as just letting time pass with some activity leading to creativity and productivity... However, a lot of people use time as their weapon of choice. Do you agree?

With each ticking second of the clock, everyone's lives grow shorter. From birth we are only given a limited number of moments to exist on this planet.
The older I get the more precious my seconds are to me. All of my minutes cannot be purchased with any amount of money and I cannot purchase anymore neither can anyone else.
I abhor having my time wasted.
if I had the means to manipulate time I would use it for creativity purposes because I could create a planet that did not need destruction. I am not saying that I could do a better job then what is already been done but I think that if certain needs were met, wars and destructive practices would cease.

What is the point of a tool for destruction? why would you need something that destroys instead of creates? why would you want nothing, when you can have something?

Its not between the two, I rather have choice. It doesn't matter what you create and destroy. We are subjected to a linear fate.
