Tips for sleeping in correct time. (Mostly in night)
-
sleeping is more important than anything
Yes! More important than being on the internet! People always agree with it and so they tell, but there is a big difference between telling something n doing something.
So, after some days of observation, the conclusion is that most users from here have sleeping problems. Some users sleepover n some r trying to break the record of not sleeping for a week. Rick-di#k-culas!
Also, I observed some users sleep enough for every day. U guys need to help these lazy people in sleeping.
Just tell us (yes including me) tips for sleeping. I tried to sleep at night but I am more productive at night these days. It's not that I want it. I want to sleep at night.
Thank you for reading this topic. Pls, tell us tips n secrets.

@Ash-exe Wake up at the same time everyday (8 ish in the morning). You'll automatically go to bed sooner after a while.
And don't take your phone to bed.
Easy Peasy. Yeah i can't do it either
-
@TheRisingSun now I'm trying to not sleep in afternoon. Once I did that. But still I was awake in night. Hope it will not happen again
-
@Ash-exe It'll take a few weeks to adjust, and you won't need afternoon naps after a while. Be strong, have coffee (stop drinking coffee early afternoon and stop eating late because it keeps you from sleeping) GL
-
@Ash-exe NEVER sleep at ANY time during the day, and you will sleep like a baby at night :thumbs_up_light_skin_tone: :joy:

@WHAT2020
It worked when I used to work in office but not in these days -
@Ash-exe well try to wake up a little earlier in the morning and use my advice from my previous reply, that should work :thumbs_up_light_skin_tone:

@TheRisingSun
I always eat late in night :( -
@Ash-exe Try to not drink any fluids 1–2 hours before going to bed.
You should also use the bathroom right before going to bed, as this may decrease your chances of waking in the night.
I wake up at 5am in the morning everyday.
Recently I start falling asleep around 8pm, is not usual for me.(◔‿◔) You are lightly to fall asleep faster when you're tired, so try to be active during the day. -

This is impossible for me 😂 . I go to restroom before bed n coming back from it I drink water 😂
-
@Ash-exe Lol that's my habits too, trying to avoid and it's real hard.

I am the absolute worst one for advice on this topic. 🤣 However, what TRS said is correct even though I can’t follow that advice myself. My work schedule though my hours have been reduced still makes my sleep schedule completely effed up. There’s no fixing it.
-
@Ash-exe The biological clock in our bodies can be reset by adhering to structured daily routines. Try to go to bed every night at the given time. It's also not advised to sleep with more tensions and worries, so leave your tasks and ignore negative thoughts. Have a good sleep!

I genuinely needed this topic so much! Although I wake up early in the mornings (bcos i have to),my sleeping schedule is shit. Usually 1 am-2 am. I never get enough sleep which makes it difficult for me to function properly during the day. Droopy eyes,a tired mind and body. I WORK LIKE A SLOTH. This results in a long afternoon nap which eats my time away. I sleep as if im drugged, at least 2-3 hours.
Ill try to follow some of the advice y'all gave but it is def going to be hard. Thats what she said.

@Ash-exe
ooh, great tips all around! let me add some of mine- try reading a book (or something similar) before going to sleep. it usually does wonders for me~
- no coffee or tea after 6 PM. don't eat anything either. oxygen is all you need
- if you can't fall asleep at all, get some fresh air. cool yourself down & try again
for real tho, getting a good night's sleep is super important. nothing screws up productivity more than not getting enough sleep
