@Div I will like to elaborate more but it's that simple. I was connected to more than the one seemingly preteen that told me they arrived here via a Kid's chat site. Only the one had a screenshot to show me. It simply said Kid's chat and had the buttons for talk to stranger and random chat. The screenshot was inoperable of course and could have been editted for my benefit But I know there are many such sites that simply link to the sexchat site.
My sleep schedule is fucked, Help meee

I go to sleep at like 11-12 and i wake up between 4 and 5 most days. What is wrong with me? i dont like being up so early

@emilyyyyy You can practice mindfulness meditation for about only 10 minutes everyday(or even more if you start loving it):
- Close your eyes
- Breathe normally
- Focus completely on the feelings of your breathing
- Count the complete breaths
- If your mind wanders, bring it back to the feelings of your breathing
- Continue
And lessen your intake of caffeine,alcohol,cigarette,intoxicant etc.
