I go to sleep at like 11-12 and i wake up between 4 and 5 most days. What is wrong with me? i dont like being up so early

@emilyyyyy I was like that before, and well, I changed my routines, and worked, but with lockdowns , is hard to do that lol
ya i still have classes so i got some routine
@emilyyyyy You can practice mindfulness meditation for about only 10 minutes everyday(or even more if you start loving it):
And lessen your intake of caffeine,alcohol,cigarette,intoxicant etc.
@emilyyyyy because you dont do much of the day, so you wont need as much sleep.
