• @Karina-Kara my last suggesting for you is to talk with someone that you really trust irl and tell him all you have to say.

  • @Karina-Kara my past was really shit, not gonna mention that in public but they were big shit, and my family, special my mom, didn't lose any hope. Now, when i look on the past i see the changes that have been mad and only because we believed, it years but that happen one day.

  • @Itiel But was it really all worth it?
The pain. The hardships. The sufferings. The countless tests on one's faith.
Why does one need to be tormented again and again. One past life after another.
When will it be finally enough for them?

  • And sorry @Stricty for turning this thread.
To finally answer your question: It is bad. Simply as that.

  • @Karina-Kara In general, everything that is good come with some pain, if its to be a doctor, soldier, lawer etc. Thats the way it is

    @Stricty
I know. It's not my fault. But why should i live better then some people out there?
Don't they deserve better? Maybe not... Who knows what kind of Karma they have and what fate planned for them.
"You should not interfere with 'gods' work".
What? Am i not allowed to question their motives? Who put him even in charge?

Why do you think it's someone's work in the first place? All that's happening on this earth is human's "fault", if you will. Also you are here primarily to worry about your own existence and survival, not others. Remember, we are "above" animals just because we developed conscience and simpathy for other beings.

You put yourself first, then worry about helping others, you live your life, not other people's lives.
Then worry whether or not you can help them and be bothered why are you in better situation conpared to others.

  • @Stricty I know that, but i was selfish enough already. It was always about "me".
Screw that, i am getting tired of this world revolving about me and seemingly only me.
Oh and why i think like someone else is in control of our lives?
Well, if you want to find out:
Go ahead and change your life. Your mindset. Your actions. Right now.
Let's see how far you can go from your predestined path that has been chosen for you.
    (But spoilers: You can't.)

That is exactly what I'm doing for the last few years. I am changing my mindset (avoiding negativity, news, brainwashing), I am constantly learning, my actions are always what's best for my surrounding (primarily me).

I know how you feel and why you're like this, I've been through that. But then I realized why things are how they are and how little of an impact single person can have on it. But if that's what makes me happy, knowing I made at least one person's day, brought about little bit of optimism and hope in someone's eyes, then damn right that's what I'm gonna do.

I do believe we all have predestined paths, it's just how we are going to react to the obstacles (persevere or not) and what we will learn from it.

I am changing my life, day by day, step by step, and I've gone hella far, both physicaly and mentally.

  • That's... Very inspirational. And sounds very determined.
But will that single change suffice?
Will it stop another war? Another massacre? Another genocide?

Probably not, nor it has to. As I said single person can't have such a huge impact, but a community can. You are worrying about things you have no control over, and that's what's eating you from the inside.

  • @Stricty Well...life's been a bitch since forever :smirk:

  • @DarkIce69 The biggest one that one can only imagine.

  • @DarkIce69 Yea, but it's up to you how you'll react to the bitchy-ness =P

  • @Stricty Hmmm.
    If life is a "bitch".
Then you need to "screw" her.
    Right?

  • @DarkIce69 Hej sissy..

  • When life knocks you down, get back up and say: You hit like a bitch

  • @Stricty

Life's weird but good, sometimes it's hard, sometimes it's easier, sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't.
I like to think that overall it's well worth it as good memories/periods are always worth it over the painful ones, so I try to hold on tight on bad moments and enjoy the good ones to the fullest! Learn with the stones and build a home with them!

    @Karina-Kara

I've read some of what you said and here's an advice: Don't worry with something you can't do anything about
Wars, World Hunger, unfairness, etc is not something for a single person to change, but rather a community, but if many ppl have the right mindset, the said community will exist and world will be a better place. So just focus on yourself, life your life to the fullest and you'll see it will be worth it in the end!

  • @Lurker
I wish i could live my life.
    If i had one.
