@_sam__ That's my technical answer. Air food water is needed for survival. Sleep clothing shelter -follow. I think it has to be the most important area to focus on because it makes all the other areas of life easier to conquer.
The philosophical answer varies from one person to another. For me, it'd be family. Everything else is a very long way further down the list. Whatever it is, make sure you have fun in the process and discover what your true mission is, and try to avoid hurting others

An offshóre bank is regulated under international banking license (often called offshóre license), which usually prohibits the bank from establishing any business activities in the jurisdiction of establishment. The lack of regulation and transparency would let me move the money there without questions.

I think I would just buy loads of secondhand stuff from newspaper ads and newsagent windows. If I got that much money illegally it probably came from drugs and I will let it continue that way. Think of it like... a business, so I would start my own illegal business with my illegal money :)))))

@Jeff9998 i mean Id invest in other stock markets around the world as well, really spread that money out haha Also with the business idea, I could get the rest pretty fast into the bank and when thats done, work on pulling the investments back, pour some into a roth IRA, put some in a safe at home so incase I get caught and they freeze my accounts, I still have enough to escape and live comfortably somewhere else

Cash is not a bad thing if the method by which it was obtained did not leave any trace...
Before doing anything big I'd just wait and use the cash for buying my day-to-day stuff. You can spend a lot that way. Maybe a little better car. Maybe the new Macbook. Some computer accessories, some clothes. My father spent 100.000€ this way instead of allowing me to go to university. So lets say the first million I just spend in cash in 2 or 3 years.
Then I'd start to buy gold. There are those gold vending machines in switzerland, honestly. Traveling around the world buying a little gold here and there, also costs quite a bit. I'd put my gold with different banks in different parts of the world, always traveling. I like to travel anyways so that's a win-win. Of course I'd need to come back and get new cash. I'd just take my time.
And wherever I go I'd help those organisations that seem to really help the poor and make things better. I mean I wish that I could do that right now, but I don't have any money. Why wouldn't I do it when I have money? Always small sums (1000 here, 1000 there I mean). I bet I can easily spend 10 mio that way, people never realize how easy money is spent (traveling, helping).
Then quite some time has past so the money isn't hot anymore and my business (which I actually have) will have grown (I don't travel all the time, I also work, and sometimes buy stuff for the business in cash). Using that business I'd go with methods that you guys already mentioned...

On second thought I might donate everything in cash to a lot of charities. Even if people do figure out nobody takes money away from charities. That way I'd get to feel good about myself :joy:
