@Div
i'm sorry, but i simply can't agree with any of this :Dthere is definitely some hidden knowledge out there, but i wouldn't agree that there is a vast global conspiracy to hide revolutionary & futuristic technology from common people. such knowledge would be extremely hard to keep under wraps without any legitimate information leaking out.
i mean, we've had credible whistleblowers from within the system (snowden/assange/manning) leak very sensitive information about things like global surveillance, so it's not as if the governments of the world are particularly good at hiding their secrets.
Good point.
now, the nazis did have members who were occultists (himmler, rosenberg), but their beliefs were never accepted into mainstream party ideology. i'm not sure the vril society ever really existed, i believe it's a made-up thing. the thule society of esoteric nazis did exist, but their influence over nazi germany was zero.
Actually Hitler himself was quite the occultist. He collected several relics, like the spear of longinus he took from vienna. Believed those would make him win and bring the 1000 year long reich (see book of Apocalypse in the bible). The occultists definitely had great influence over nazi germany, but they did not share their occult knowledge with the populus. Occultists never do that :joy:
dmt won't open any portals to new dimensions. it's just a psychoactive molecule that causes hallucinations by altering brain chemistry for a brief time.
It has some strange effects you know. First of all the beings that people encounter are strangely similar (from one person to the other). There are two types of experiences: either heavenly or hellish. If you have those experiences you also seem to lose your fear of death.
But yeah, it certainly doesn't open any portals.
It's not too hard though to test wether those are just halucinations in your brain or wether you actually connect with something outside. You simply ask all the people who test the drug, to tell the "beings" a secret. Every person you "send in there" you give a different secret. And you ask the following person to ask those beings for the secrets of other people you sent in there. If you can actually get something back, then at least we've discovered some form of thelepacy. Or a fraud :joy:... But, so far I don't think any scientist really would check this hypothesis, for the scientific body is a bit prejudiced against the "supernatural". Nobody wants to put his head on the line for this. But I mean, it itches under my fingers, and it would be one of those things you'd be able to write a book about and get rich :joy:
also, i find it hard to believe that nazis were under the influence of hallucinogens during war & peace. there are no records that would prove that. the article you linked mentioned some nazis taking meth & opioids, neither of which cause hallucinations.
Are you educated about that? I think it's at least in the realm of the possible...
also, bob lazar is a known con man. he claimed to hold degrees from several colleges which were later found to be fraudulent. most of his claims concerning area 51 have been disproven, so i wouldn't rely on him for any legitimate information
yap.
Separating trash, throwing nothing into the environment, driving a low consumption car. Can't say I'm a vegetarian, but I always buy the most expensive meat (I can afford) because of the better living conditions for animals.
Basically I think everybody should do the little things they are capable of / can afford. If everybody did that, we'd already be living in a better place.
And then I try my best to understand things and inform others. Because one thing the environmentalists do these days is waste an incredible amount of money without even thinking twice if they couldn't be doing a lot more with a lot less if they just position the lever in a better place. One such example would be germany's promotion of electric cars. Electric cars are not even that good for the environment, they are good for the german economy mostly, which is not a bad thing either I suppose. However they should just have invested into the railroad system (which basically sucks) and would have resulted in getting most of the trucks from the Autobahn and made germany a cleaner and healthier place, quite a while ago...

@Devil-Tag _'movie' Watchmen? It was first and foremost a comic -- and if you've never read it, I envy you, m8, because it's the F business:
Well the movie is certainly good! Well rounded screenplay. Maybe one of those instances of a movie being better and deeper than what it's based on?

@pe7erpark3r No way, pal. Alan Moore is the Ju-Ju master, where you can read it backwards, upsidedown and you still get hidden stuff ala The Shining. And Dave Gibbons is such a cool artist. Precise, shrunk-down art that's Cinebook quality? U got it. Not a standard colour palette? Not a problem. BELIEVE THE HYPE.
Good to know. Now I feel tempted to read a comic again, dang :joy:
You'd have to ask me what genre I don't like. I could name a few. Like I don't like jungle, heavy metal (and darker stuff), trance, k-pop and most of the asian pop scenes, most of german music (I'm from germany)...

One word isn't enough to describe all colors and shadows that I've seen in my life..
Colors and shadows.. Hmm, I think I'll pick the word "Canvas".
This painting was drawn by an unknown artist. The influence of other painters can be clearly noticed in his style. Lightness from Claude Monet, insanity from Salvador Dali and keen logic of Morris Escher.
That is a good analogy for life, one I've used myself before. Everyone seems to want to leave their brushstroke though... Strangely the picture still makes so much sense, even though it has quite the ugly parts and all
@MarsAttacks not british no :joy:... and I doubt he's really joking. I'm not joking, and the UN's agenda to replace the european population is actually quite openly on the UN's website too, so they ain't joking either
But I think the brexit shows (even though I think it's enacted stupidly) that democracy still kinda works
@thewildchild24 said in World is strange!!:
How's your experience for your life in one word??
Christ.
The world truly is strange, and I really did not expect to find meaning in it, even though the world is really full of meaning, just none for me I thought. Until I realized He actually is real, and started drawing me into His Life and His mysteries. Now life hasn't gotten any easier through this I must admit. Just... better I guess. You know people always try to sell you heaven or utopia... but the thing I've found I truly found hope in is the cross. Nobody likes to accept it, nobody wants to have bad and evil, but they since they reject all the bad and the evil, they also reject the good, they reject Him who takes it all upon Himself and asks us to follow Him, and be with Him, and share in His sacrificial love. Well... it's hard to put it into words anyways, and He himself is doing a better job of it tbh. But still... and... I do not feel lonely anymore, so maybe there is at least a piece of heaven available for those who care enough to make themselves small enough to learn...

@pe7erpark3r You're fully correct. It's not Russia nor Putin, it's abortion, feminism, homosexualism and replacement migration that are causing the destruction of cultures and erosion of family values all across the Western world.
Alsways be careful to differentiate:
It's not russia, yet. But russia might soon use the mess we created to bring ever worse disaster.
It is abortion, yes. 50-60 million innocent people killed every year on this planet. That's all of WWII's victims together, including the nazis themselves...
Homosexuality was always there, it's part of the human condition. What's immoral is the sexualisation of everything, which is especially strong among the homosexuals. I think they are actually one of the victims of our immoral times, they are being used to destroy the values on which our socienties are built. You should read the CIC closely, homosexuality itself is not even called a sin. Adultery is the real sin...
Feminism is a good thing. I'm a real feminist you should know. What one needs to understand though, is that modern "feminists" are not actually feminists! They are not fighting for women, they are fighting against men.
And logical conclusion, they are also fighting against women paradoxically, for example their genderism is destroying women's sports...
The United Nations are openly bragging about their desire to make the European race and Christianity disappear. It makes me sick.
But yeah, it is an open assault against christianity and against everything good it brought to the world. It's an assault against all the core values, even human dignity, human rights. It's an assault against life. But never forget: It's our own immorality which gives them power, they could not do anything, if we were trying to lead good lives instead of wanting to have ever more pleasure...

This one is really weird so please read before answeringI think humans as a species have been successful in survival but totally disrupted the natural order of things. Now we are a species capable of making food, curing diseases and what not. As a result population is increasing and resources are limited, no matter how i look at it only thing that makes sense to me is human population should decrease. Usually population of beings that are on the top of food chain is controlled by their preys but that is not applicable to us. We are doing things that are not required what do we want to achieve as a species ?
The way i see it is A.I are being developed to replace humans. So finally we want to do nothing but just sit back and watch. And all that shit about going in space and discovering new planets for human race doesn't make sense at all. Its alright to have dreams but price that needs to be paid must be kept in mind. And why do we think that we own all the resources of this planet there are other species as well and just because they are not capable of fighting back doesn't mean you can do whatever you want.
Be sensible and account for every consequents corresponding to your antecedents. Reproduce wisely... Well there are a lot of other things i want to say but I'll stop hereBut i would like to know what do you think about reckless behavior of humans and how can we achieve sustainability?
https://chatrooms.talkwithstranger.com/topic/33592/fact-check-with-pet-overpopulation
Keep thinking and changing is my answer to your question. We've changed a lot in 50 years, and we'll continue to change and adapt as we always have. What I would advise people though is to start acting morally, to start to love each other, and repay evil with good, become humble, learn to listen and stuff like that. Stop judging others, but don't fear to speak the truth either. Take responsibility for yourself. Find something worth living for, and something worth dying for. All this is what I would advise for the whole population and do my best, to give people the chance to learn and become better people.

@pe7erpark3r Then American... Yeah? where exactly? Its not true man , thats paranoia from ppl that dont grasp facts of life and facts of todays world. Also... Brexit is fkin nonsense. It was a Tory concept cooked by conserbvatists politicians and marketed to the public on a base constructed with pure lies and nonsense. Since when does misleaading the public opinion with false facts to push an agenda that isnt even revealed, its redacted, and as it appears, it is definatly not in the interest of nor the public nor the economy nor the state to follow through with it. Oh sorry, youre from the states, I forgot that democracy or whatever you call it resembles as uch in its norm there. Fkin hell
The UN does not equal america, what is happening is bigger than america, even bigger than the UN...
Yes the brexit is nonesense, I would not have voted for it.
But, as you said the brexit is "not in the interest of nor the public nor the economy nor the state", ergo is not in the interest of the rich and powerful! And yet it went through. This is why – despite me being against it – I say that there is a win in it for democracy. What the people wanted is happening, for good or for worse.
At the same time I'm not so sure leaving the EU as it is today is such a bad choice. Sadly though. I always thought that the EU as it was envisioned in the beginning was a really good thing. But today it is used to push an absolutely distructive ideology on all it's members states! Well...
Yes american democracy is in a bad state...
I'm not american.

Western ideas that suck? An indian to the rescue! Thank you man.
Of course you are absolutely right! And you can even use sope. Your ass will be as clean as your face when you use water. I mean what do we shower for people?
Nah, this is purely emotional. It feels unhygenic to not have toilet paper. When it really isn't. If you use sope to wash your ass, not just your ass, but also your hands are cleaner than if you used toilet paper...
And it would be better for the environment to use (by the rain provided) water :joy:
The only reason to use toilet paper is that it is a bit less of an effort. It's just lazyness lol.
And, last but not least: if the people who panic-buy toilet paper had to go without a supermarket for as long as they have stocked toilet paper, they would all starve to death. :skull_and_crossbones::rofl:
