Why is peace so difficult to achieve in my house?

I'm tired. Everything is tiring. I simply want to have a peace of mind. But even that is difficult to achieve.

If you need to talk. I know what you talking about and it is so hard to create healthy boundaries with you family or in your home

@No-one-knows-me yea and the thing is I still held hope that things will get better but it just gets harder everytime they repeatedly do it, I can't say out loud that I'm tired and that I'm not okay anymore.

@davitchen what do u do about that then? Can I get an advice? To be honest though in my country were family oriented and also conservative and maybe because of that I'm emotionally attached to them and maybe that's why I keep holding hope tho they're making it really mentally draining for me
